Distance contract and the right of withdrawal

This agreement is made between SIA Toodler&Gopher (registration number: 40203408731), legal address - Jāņa Poruka 43-4, Cēsu novads, Cēsis, LV-4101, a business formed and operating under laws of Latvia, here in after referred to Ieva Rence-Praliča as ("Provider") and a person or entity that orders web services ("Service") via website and has accepted the terms of this agreement, hereinafter referred to as ("Customer").


Subject to this agreement, Provider agrees to provide the Service that Customer has ordered electronically via website.

CHAT GROUP classes for participants of different ages online (further see points 1.1., 1.2., 1.3., 1.4., 1.7., 1.8., and 3.1.);

FIRST STEPS IN ENGLISH face-to-face lessons for pre-school children (further see clauses 2 and 3.2), after mutual agreement, which took place by communicating in advance and agreeing on the days, times and place of the lessons and according to the Customer's order;

FIRST STEPS IN ENGLISH WEBINARS for preschool children (further see points 1.1., 1.2., 1.3., 1.5., 1.7., 1.8., and 3.1.);

READING-SPEAKING classes for children of primary school age (see below points 1.1., 1.2., 1.3., 1.4., 1.7., 1.8., and 3.1.);

15 MIN CONVERSATION WITH TOOG (clauses 1.1., 1.2., 1.6., and 3.1.).


1. Ordering, delivery, access and payment procedures for online English lessons

1.1. The customer orders services through this website, indicating the type and quantity of services to be purchased. The Customer has the option to pay for the service using the payment tools embedded in the online store or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Customer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

1.2. If the Customer chooses to make an online payment, then in case of successful payment, the Service is sent to the Customer automatically and immediately to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.

1.3. Upon purchasing the service (one lesson), the Customer is immediately registered for the nearest online course, which is recorded in the CALENDAR section of this website, unless the Customer and the Supplier have agreed otherwise.

1.4. By purchasing a service (subscription), the Customer receives the opportunity to join the online classes recorded in the CALENDAR section of this website for 1 (one) month from the moment of purchase of the subscription, unless the Customer and the Supplier have agreed otherwise.

1.5. By purchasing the service (5 times), the Customer receives the opportunity to join the online lessons recorded in the CALENDAR section of this website 5 (five) times in a row, unless the Customer and the Supplier have agreed otherwise.

1.6. By purchasing the 15 MIN call service, the Customer is registered for the nearest possible online meeting date and time, upon mutual agreement between the Customer and the Supplier, using [email protected] or +37124223488 for communication.

1.7. If the Customer experiences unforeseen circumstances that prevent the possibility of joining 1.3. for the mentioned lesson (one lesson) or 1.6. 15 MIN call for the lesson mentioned in paragraph 1, the Customer has the right to receive a new access link to one of the following online conversation groups, by informing the Supplier in writing, sending information to [email protected], no later than the morning of the scheduled online conversation day, until 9 :00. The Supplier sends the Customer a new online link to the e-mail address specified by the Customer, no later than a day before the online lessons of the Customer's desired, recorded in the CALENDAR section of this website.

1.8. If the Customer experiences unforeseen circumstances that require a long-term (more than 3 times) 1.4. and 1.5. missed classes, the Customer has the right to request an extension of his 1.4. (subscription) period of use mentioned in point 1.5 and the period of use (5 times) mentioned in point 1.5 by writing to [email protected], no later than the morning of the next scheduled online negotiation day, by 9:00 a.m. The Supplier sends the Customer a new online link to the e-mail address specified by the Customer, no later than a day before the online lessons of the Customer's desired, recorded in the CALENDAR section of this website.

2. Procedures for ordering, delivery, access and payment for face-to-face PRE-SCHOOL ENGLISH lessons

2.1. The customer orders services through this website, indicating the following information about the participant: name of the child, personal identification number, English language lessons, License no. 10/2022 and the amount of services to be purchased. The Customer has the option to pay for the service using the payment tools embedded in the online store, but the recommended way is to pay the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Customer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. When making a payment, it is important to indicate the following information in the payment purpose/task: child's name, surname, personal identification number, English language lessons, License no. 10/2022

2.2. In case of successful payment, the participant indicated by the Customer is immediately registered for the next nearest English lesson or several lessons, depending on the amount of purchased services.

2.3. If the participant specified by the Customer does not have the opportunity to attend the nearest lesson for which payment has been made, the Customer has the right to register the participant for one of the following lessons by informing the Supplier in writing by sending a message to [email protected] or +37124223488 no later than on the morning of the scheduled lesson, until 7:00 a.m.

3. Information about the right of withdrawal

3.1. Consumer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. All rights to withdraw from the agreement will be lost if the customer does not exercise the right within 14 days of entering this agreement.

3.2. To withdraw from the agreement the Consumer must give a clear electronic or written notice of the withdrawal. Such notice must include Consumer's full name, address, phone and e-mail address. CANCELLATION_FORM.rtf

Data processing

By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Customer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Supplier can accept the Customer's order and deliver or provide services in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts. By entering information, the Customer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Customer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
